Troubleshooting: Reminders not sending (quick fixes)

If reminders are not sending:

  1. Check host error log + /wp-content/debug.log (if enabled).
  2. Set up SMTP (most common fix).
  3. Check spam/junk and confirm the business Owner email is correct.
  4. Clear cache (plugin/server) and retry.
