I made changes but I can’t see them — what now?

Admin needed: Only if server/CDN cache is involved.

If you made changes but cannot see them, it is almost always caching or the wrong environment.

1. Hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 / Cmd+Shift+R).
2. Clear caching plugin (if you have access).
3. Clear server/CDN cache (admin may need to do this).
4. Confirm you edited the correct site (live vs staging) and the correct business.
