What is “Quick Dispatch”?

Quick Dispatch is for creating and assigning work fast. It is ideal for same-day callouts, cancellations, or filling a gap in the schedule.

Typical use cases

  • Urgent callout (same-day)
  • A staff member finishes early and you want to add a nearby job
  • Customer cancellation leaves a hole in the run

Quick Dispatch checklist

  1. Select the customer/lead and confirm the address.
  2. Choose the service (mow, clean-up, hedge, urgent).
  3. Set a time window and assign the crew.
  4. Add notes: access, pets, green waste, photos requested.
  5. Send the customer a short confirmation message if needed.

After the visit

Staff add photos/notes, mark completed, then the office invoices (or creates an estimate if scope changed).
